1. Information We Collect

Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and profile information provided through third-party authentication services (Google Sign-In or Apple Sign-In).

Health and Fitness Data: With your explicit permission, we access health data from Apple Health (iOS) or Health Connect (Android), including:

• Daily step count
• Workout and exercise data
• Calories burned

Food and Nutrition Data: When you use the food scanning feature, we process images of your meals to estimate nutritional content. Images are processed in real-time and are not permanently stored on our servers.

Location Data: With your permission, we collect your approximate location to enable the "Nearby Trainers" feature, which allows you to discover and interact with other players in your area.

Usage Data: We collect information about how you interact with the App, including workout logs, battle history, and in-app activity, to provide and improve the gaming experience.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the App's features and functionality
• Power the monster-raising game mechanics based on your fitness activity
• Process food images for nutritional analysis
• Enable social features such as battles, friend matching, and chat
• Display nearby players on the map (with your consent)
• Send push notifications about game events and daily quests (with your consent)
• Analyze usage patterns to improve user experience

3. Data Storage and Security

Your game data (monster progress, workout logs, food logs) is stored on secure servers. We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

Health data accessed from Apple Health or Health Connect is used in real-time to update your in-app progress and is not shared with third parties.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share limited information in the following circumstances:

• Other Players: Your username, monster information, and approximate location (if enabled) may be visible to other players for social and battle features.
• Service Providers: We may share data with trusted third-party services that help us operate the App (e.g., cloud hosting, AI food recognition). These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law or in response to valid legal processes.

5. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with the following third-party services:

• Google Sign-In / Apple Sign-In: For authentication. Subject to Google's and Apple's respective privacy policies.
• Apple Health / Health Connect: For fitness data synchronization. Data access requires your explicit permission and can be revoked at any time in your device settings.

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete such information promptly.
